My husband and I run a small diversified farm in Missouri. We started it because we felt the food we raised would be a higher quality than what was mass produced for grocery stores. We raise grassfed/pastured animals for meat, milk, eggs and also aquaponic fish and vegetables which we sell in our on farm store. The Lord blessed our efforts and it quickly grew into a full-time job. In our eighth year, my husband was able to quit his tenured chemistry professor job to follow his passion!

In the meantime, my health fell apart and our lives changed forever. This blog is my story of recovery with nutrient-dense foods cooked traditionally, special supplements and essential oils. Now that I have been well for the last three years I am eager to help you in your journey!

The blog is broken into eight categories.

Faith & Family, Friends & Fun, Farming & Finances, Fitness & Food
